Kamuga Primary School Borehole Water Supply Project is located in Omboo village within Got Uriri Sub Location in South East Kanyamkago location, Uriri Sub County, Migori County. The project was implemented by Lake Victorian South Water Works Development Agency(LVSWWDA) and completed in October 2020.
The project benefits an estimated population of 728 people. The scope of the work done included; Installation of Pump set and Accessories, installation of Solar Structure and Modules, laying of a Rising Main, construction of borehole protection chamber, construction of 6m high steel tower and installation of 10,000 liters plastic tank, distribution pipeline to 2 number water points and fencing and installation of a gate. Kamuga primary school is responsible for management and sustainability of the project.
